The traditional EAP approach focuses on reacting to the needs of the 13% of employees whose performance is significantly affected by behavioural problems, emotional distress and poor coping skills. Instead we focuse on a more positive, preventative programme of information, advice, training and other professional services that also supports the 60% of employees that suffer from mild stress, anxiety or distraction caused by the challenges of daily life.
By providing support to meet the needs of these 60% of employees it allows us to identify potential issues at the earliest opportunity, before they have an impact on performance and a long term effect on the individual. We also continue to provide support to the 13% of people who’s performance, whether in their personal or working life is significantly affected.
Center for Positive Psychotherapy enhanced service offering enables and empowers employees and organisations to work and live better.
